tonight i saw the charlie brown christmas with my friend karen. what a happy reminder that Christmas Is Not About Commercialism! it is about Jesus and the joy that He brings.

it is very cold here in germany. and it is very much colder at home in minnesota!

i'm going to the youth group christmas party here on saturday night. it is quite the event of the season, and i'm rather looking forward to it.

in 4 days i'll be waking up to the sounds of my nephew bustling in, ready for a new day at 7am on monday morning.

and i can't believe christmas is in only one week! :)
